Organisation
Weddings at Sirena Bay Estate can only be organised by one of our recommended wedding planners. They will help you with all your questions, the best contacts for decorating, wedding cakes, photographers, etc. and know all the details of organizing a wedding at Sirena Bay Estate. After your reservation we will introduce them to you so you can contact them for quotations.
Facts
- Our minimum rental period for weddings is 5 nights
- Your rental includes our entire property exclusively for your wedding
- The rate includes 20 overnight guests
- Maximum capacity for a standing dinner or party is 150 guests
- Maximum capacity for a seated dinner is 75 guests
- Event fee will be applied

Event fee
When organizing a private romantic wedding or event at Sirena Bay Estate, an event fee will be added. This is additional to the rental of the estate with a minimum of 5 nights and the wedding planner.
Up to 49 guests: USD 4.000
50 – 99 guests: USD 6.500
100 – 150 guests: USD 8.500
This event fee covers the following: • Being present during setting up, deliveries, and dismantling • The dismantling of the outdoor furniture where needed • Security at the entrance during the welcoming of your guests and the event itself • Day charge for extra persons not sleeping at Sirena Bay Estate • Extra cleaning of the outdoor areas
