Sirena Bay Estate

When the white gate to Sirena Bay Estate swings open the staff will be there to welcome you to a private island retreat. The classic ‘Dutch Landhuis’ is set in a beautiful garden by the sea. Mature trees and palms combine with a profusion of tropical flowers and vegetation that is by design alternately manicured and wild to create a magnificent garden setting. Privacy walls surround the estate and create an intimate atmosphere that lets you feel like you are in your own world.

The Bachelorette

When the producers of ABC’s 'The Bachelorette' selected the Dutch-influenced island of Curaçao as a destination for Season Eight they looked for a luxurious, romantic home where Emily Maynard and her daughter Ricki could stay and enjoy the sun, sea and a bit of island history. This is why they chose Sirena Bay Estate as their location for season eight.

"It’s hard to put into words how absolutely beautiful and magical this is. the interior of the rooms to the outside pool area and beach front are gorgeous. we attended a wedding there where our cousin got married on the beach at sunset. Peter and it’s staff were very accommodating and friendly. We want to return again someday.❤️"

"My husband and I stayed there from Aug 20 to 31st. We absolutely loved it. I love waking up each morning, drinking my coffee and watch the wave hitting the shore. It is a great way to start my day. The estate is pretty much looked after by three people, Peter (the manager), Kim (Day shift), and Otis (Night shift). We were super lucky that we got to stay at the small room for the 2 weeks. Peter showed us around the estate and made sure our questions/concerns (if any) are taken care of. He even let us dive at the estate, which was such a wonderful experience. Kim - she pretty much runs around during the day from basic house keeping to making beautiful breakfast. She is also a very good cook as we had the privilege of tasting her home made Jamaican Jerk Chicken on the last day. It was so delicious that we can barely walk back to our room. She is super bubbly and gave us her home baked peanut cake one day, which was devoured after our dives. Otis - he is night manager of the property and super knowledgeable of the local attractions. He is also a very interesting guy to have a chat during the night after our adventure. We went to several places that he suggested such as the slave museum, and hato caves and tried a few local dishes he recommended from the market. Our experience with the place is superb and Kim and Otis definitely made our stay even better with their cooking skills and knowledge of the local culture. We will certainly miss them."
