Transportation

  • Do I need a rental car?

    You will not need a car if you decide to stay at Sirena Bay and relax. We can arrange all services on location. Within walking distance you will find several very good restaurants, bars and the city center of Willemstad. 


    You will need a car if you want to see more of the island, visit the beautiful beaches and do your own grocery shopping. 

     

    If you decide to rent a car please let us know and we will arrange this for you. Our rental company drops off the rental car at Princess Sirena Bay Estate. If you rent a car at the airport you will be taken to a location elsewhere to pick up your car, this will take a lot of time after your long flight.

  • How far is the airport from Sirena Bay Estate?

    From Hato airport to Sirena Bay Estate takes 20 minutes.

  • Can you arrage a transfer from the airport?

    Yes, our luxury taxi service will be waiting for you at the airport. Please let us know if we can arrange this service for you.

  • Are there parking spaces on the Estate?

    Two parking spaces for regular cars/SUVs are available on the property.

    Additional cars or minivans may be parked directly outside the gate along the street.


Food & Beverage

  • What is the Honor bar?

    In a large fridge in the main kitchen we offer cold drinks, beers and wines. You can note what you use from the honesty bar and that will be charged on your final invoice. We offer a large selection of good wines, you can always ask for our wine menu. If you have special requests, just let us know!

  • Can we also cook ourselves?

    Yes, in the kitchen of the main house you will find everything you need. From cutting boards and serving bowls to a blender and a toaster. you can do your grocery shopping at one of the large supermarkets on the island. These supermarkets are a 10 minutes drive away from Sirena Bay Estate.

  • Can we bring our own drinks?

    Yes, you will rent the Estate as your private house. You can either buy drinks in one of the larger supermarkets or at the wine stores. There is a local supermarket that sells all sorts of drinks and liqors within a walking distance of 10 minutes. We also offer cold sodas, beers and wines in our honor bar. Perfect for the first day!

  • Can we add a chef for our stay?

    Yes, you can add a chef who will prepare and serve 2 meals a day for you; breakfast & dinner, or lunch & dinner.

    The chef sets the table, serves your meals, and takes care of all the clean-up, so you can fully enjoy your time with family and friends. Breakfast and lunch feature a delightful variety of dishes that change daily, while dinners consist of a single, carefully crafted dish that showcases the best of local and international flavors.

  • What is the average price of a Private Chef?

    The average price of a chef on location for 2 meals a day is $ 100 pp / day. 


    If you want to make a combination with chefs, restaurants and home cooking you can add a Private Chef dinner or lunch on any day during your stay. A 3-course dinner for example will be around $ 100 pp. 


    Both options include all services and ingredients. 

  • What is the closest supermarket?

    We recommend to go to one of the larger supermarkets. They offer a wide range of fresh products and are 10-15 minutes by car from Sirena Bay Estate. 

Services

  • Which services are included?

    Our team will be on location during the day. We take care of the premises by cleaning the rooms and public areas every morning. We will also maintain the beach, the pool and the gardens. 


    • Daily Housekeeping & Cleaning •  Ice cube machine  • Honor Bar (self-service fridge with drinks – costs based on consumption) • Bed linen (refreshed every 5 days) & towels (refreshed every 3 days) • Pool towels (Beach towels for use outside the property available for rent)

  • Can I add services?

    Yes, you can upgrade your stay to the luxury level you want with our:

    Daily breakfast

    Butler service - someone is available from 10 am – 7 pm for assistance, serving drinks, etc.

    Private chefs 

    Waiter service - per hour, minimum 4 consecutive hours

    And many more

  • Can I book services myself?

    We have carefully selected the best preferred parties for our services, such as private chefs, airport transfers, car rentals, on and off site activities and much more. These parties are well known to us, know working at our location and know the high level of service that we are happy to guarantee. For this reason, it is only possible to book services that take place on the premises of Sirena Bay Estate through us.

  • What is the best time to book Services?

    We recommend to start with choosing and booking services 6 months before your arrival. At that moment there will still be availability for chefs and boats. We finalize all pre-booked services at least 60 days before your arrival. At that moment we will send you a confirmation of these services and an invoice with payment link. Smaller services that are added on location and consumed drinks will be noted on you final invoice which will be settled on the last day of your stay.

Exclusivity & Privacy

  • Will there be other guests?

    When you book the Estate, you rent it as a private Estate for your group only. Sirena Bay Estate always includes the  'landhuis', Small villa and Awa suite (5 bedrooms). If you make a reservation for more than 10 persons we will add the apartments to the estate and open up more bedrooms..
