Transportation

  • Is a rental car necessary?

    You will not need a car if you decide to stay at Sirena Bay and relax. We can arrange all services on location. Within walking distance you will find several very good restaurants, bars and the city center of Willemstad. 


    You will need a car if you want to see more of the island, visit the beautiful beaches and do your own grocery shopping. 

     

    If you decide to rent a car please let us know and we will arrange this for you. Our rental company drops off the rental car at Princess Sirena Bay Estate. If you rent a car at the airport you will be taken to a location elsewhere to pick up your car, this will take a lot of time after your long flight.


  • How far is the airport from Sirena Bay Estate?

    From Hato airport to Sirena Bay Estate takes 15-20 minutes.

  • Can you arrange a transfer from the airport?

    Yes, our luxury taxi service will be waiting for you at the airport. Please let us know if we can arrange this service for you.

Food & Beverage

  • What is the honesty bar service?

    In a large fridge in the main kitchen we offer cold drinks, beers and wines. You can note what you use from the honesty bar and that will be charged on your final invoice. We offer a large selection of good wines, you can always ask for our wine menu. If you have special requests, just let us know!

  • Can we do our own grocery shopping?

    Yes, you can do your own shopping at one of the large supermarkets on the island. The supermarkets are a 10 minutes drive away from Sirena Bay Estate.

Exclusivity

  • Will I rent Sirena Bay Estate exclusively?

    Sirena Bay is divided into 2 parts. One part includes the main villa, mini villa and Awa suite, the pool and the private beach. This part is ALWAYS rented to you exclusively, so no other guests will stay there. This part of the Estate offers 5 bedrooms for 10 guests. Even if you are with 4 guests, you will have this part exclusively. 


    When you stay with more than 10 persons, we will connect the guesthouse to the estate. This includes 2 apartments directly on the beach side.


    If you do not use the guesthouse it will be disconnected from the rest of the estate and this part can be used by others. The Guesthouse has its own entry and privacy, so you will not notice anybody being there. The part of Sirena Bay that is rented to you will always be private for you. So no other guests than your own, will be on the premises, or at the pool or at the beach.


Services

  • Which services are included?

    Our team will be on location during the day. They take care of the premises by cleaning the rooms and public areas every morning. They will also maintain the beach, the pool and the gardens. 


    • Daily Housekeeping & Cleaning •  Concierge Service • Ice cube machine  • Honesty Bar (self-service fridge with drinks – costs based on consumption) • Bed linen (refreshed every 5 days) & towels (refreshed every 3 days) • Pool towels (Beach towels for use outside the property available for rent)


  • Can I add services?

    Yes, you can upgrade your stay to the luxury level you want with our:

    • Daily breakfast
    • Butler service - someone is available from 11 am – 7 pm for assistance, serving drinks, etc.
    • Private chefs 
    • Waiter service - per hour, minimum 4 consecutive hours
    • And many more
  • Can I book services myself?

    We have carefully selected the best preferred parties for our services, such as private chefs, airport transfers, car rentals, on and off site activities and much more. These parties are well known to us, know working at our location and know the high level of service that we are happy to guarantee. For this reason, it is only possible to book services that take place on the premises of Sirena Bay Estate through us.

Weddings

  • Why do I have to rent Sirena Bay for 5 nights?

    The minimum rental period for Sirena Bay Estate is 5 nights, because a wedding needs extensive preparation an attention. On the day before the wedding the preparations will start with deliveries, lighting and decorations. On the wedding day there will be preparations from the caterer, decorator, sound checking, etc. And on the day after we need time for all these parties to dismantle everything and clean up afterwards. 

  • What are the costs to get married?

    The total costs consist of three parts:

    • The rental of the Sirena Bay estate for you and your guests.
    • The wedding planner.
    • The event fee.

  • Can I work with my own wedding planner?

    We work exclusively with our selected wedding planners, as they know the property in detail.  This makes it more easy to plan your most amazing day. We are open to adding more planners to our portfolio, so please contact us if you want to introduce your wedding planner to us. 

  • Do you have recommendations concerning catering options?

    Our wedding planners know have the best contacts on the island for your wedding day, but of course in case you have specific wishes we can always discuss the options.
